FIELD SERVICE SUPERVISOR

Job Summary:
Responsible for maximizing Service and Parts Revenue by effectively creating and managing customer Service and Parts programs, time and materials, parts sales, and other service duties to customer base.  Effectively manage resources, costs, safety, quality assurance and customer satisfaction for the delivery and expansion of the existing service base.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead Manage and be accountable
Service and Parts Revenue
Create, develop and manager Service programs and contracts
Service, Warranty and Installation of Lifts
Coordinate and Schedule Field Service Technicians
Create and oversee all elements of installation, service, and warranty jobs.
Proactively communicate project schedules, project changes, and related project activities with customer and seek continuous customer satisfaction improvement.
Acts as the “our Customers best service provider” at all times ensuring that LPI is the customers first choice for service, parts and maintenance.
Provides feedback and recommendations to Sales and Engineer departments on any improvements or changes that could improve our products
Develops updates and maintains customer service binders to maximize Revenue and customer satisfaction.
May perform field service work  as required
Must be able to travel up to 30% of the time
Other duties as required

Skills and Abilities:
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
Mechanical aptitude and desire to be challenged with new technologies
Ability to travel on short notice and potentially for extended periods of time
Desire to be a team player providing positive and negative feedback in a teaming manner
Demonstrated capability to work both independently and within team environment while managing multiple assignments
Ability and knowledge to use hand tools to perform filed service work
Must be able to manage and coordinate multiple projects months in advance
Ability to troubleshoot, read schematics and blueprints and converse with Engineers if needed

Education and Experience Required:
Associates Degree or equivalent from a two year technical college with emphasis on repair and maintenance including pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, controls systems, or a demonstrated combination of technical experience and training.

SALES MANAGER


Job Summary:
The Sales Manager is responsible for all sales management activities across channels.  Responsible for management and direction of LPI sales process through all market segments.  Directs Staffing, training and performance evaluations of LPI Sales team.  Work with existing major accounts, development of new territories, new industries, or with customers where the full market potential or product acceptance has not been established.  Demonstrates products/services and provides product application advice.  Prepares price quotations, communicates or negotiates terms and conditions of sales within the limits of authority and writes orders subject to company policy  Develops data relative to marketing trends, competitive products and pricing and submits marketing reports to management.  Analyzes sales statistics to formulate policy and promote sales.  Reviews market analysis to determine customer needs, volume potential, and price schedules. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Key Customer Retention and Management and Channel Development and Management
Quotations and Pricing
Project Management for order >$1m
Develop and execute mutual action plans with key sales channel partners
Create and provide product sales training to channel partners
Perform demonstrations of product capabilities and features at customer locations, trade-shows, etc.
Develop sales goals for the channel customers and Sales teams
Clear communication, written and verbal to company personnel and customers.
Review customer applications and generate proposals with assist from others as required
Maintain and build strong relationships with accounts.
Analyze and review sales trends by region and identify opportunities and threats and take action
Expand our existing business and focus on ways to expand our business into new areas
Develop trusting and productive relationships with clients and internal customers.
Collaborate extensively with product marketing, customer service / inside sales and purchasing / supply chain to create strategic and creative solutions for customer
Provide inputs and direction into the new product development roadmap
Must be able to travel up to 40% of the time

Skills and Abilities:
Must have excellent relationship building skills.
Must be self-directed, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication.
Must demonstrate initiative and have ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
Must demonstrate strong accuracy and accountability skills.
Must have ability to prioritize work effectively, meet deadlines, and resolve conflicts.
Ability to develop and effectively present strategy to senior management
Ability to lead, influence and manage sales teams and independent agencies towards successful results
Working Knowledge of MS Office, CRM

Education and Experience Required:
Business-related Undergraduate degree required
Minimum of 5-10 years in sales or business development
Self-motivated individual with strong work ethic that will take ownership of the sales / business development as a process
