What You’ll Do
- Perform GMAW, FCAW, TIG, and other welding processes
- Safely operate welding, cutting, and material‑handling equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints and manufacturing drawings
- Produce accurate, high-quality weldments within set timeframes
- Grind, de‑burr, and inspect completed parts
- Weld in flat, vertical, and overhead positions
- Maintain accurate work order documentation
- Use precision tools (calipers, tape measures, squares, etc.)
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment
- Contribute to continuous improvement and teamwork
What We’re Looking For
- Strong work ethic, dependability, and good attendance
- Solid problem‑solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and with others
- Commitment to safety, quality, and accuracy
- Ability to read technical documents and perform basic math
- Technical welding diploma preferred HS diploma/GED with welding experience or training considered
- Mechanical background is a plus
- Ability to pass welding certification tests
