The SPHR comes in three options to meet your operational needs — the SPHR-48 reaches a maximum height of 4 ½ft, the SPHR-96 goes to 8ft and the SPHR-144 extends to 12ft. All models lower to 14 ½in for easy operator accessibility.

Additional features include:

• Platform dimensions and capacity: The 30in-wide-by-66in-long platform with guard rails and a safety gate can support loads up to 500 pounds.
• Travel speeds: The SPHR travels at variable speeds up to 40 fpm horizontally and 15 fpm vertically.
• Power options: The SPHR’s pneumatic/hydraulic power configuration is ideal for hazardous locations, with filter, regulator and lubricator options.
• ANSI compliance: The SPHR meets applicable American National Standards Institute (ANSI) requirements for original machine configuration and safety standards.
• Customization: We can customize the SPHR with various features specific to your application, including dual electric-hydraulic power, platform dimensions, platform entry locations and cantilever options.

SPHR System Configuration and Controls

The rail-guided mounting minimizes the lift’s footprint while providing precise linear indexing for your maneuvering needs. Most configurations require minimal setup times and easily connect to your existing air supply. Options include hazardous‑location lighting, anti‑tip rails, roll‑outs, entry gate location changes and more.

LPI also offers installation kits with lower guide rails, pre-drilled anchors, rail stops, hose reels and overhead trolleys for hose management.

Other specifications are as follows:

• Primary air source: ½in NPT
• Auxiliary unoiled air in platform: 3/8in NPT
• Air supply requirement: 50 scfm @ 90 psi with a 40°F dew point
• Controls: Fixed hand control with E‑Stop in platform, base-raise lower control and optional pendant foot control
