Here are some of the lift and elevated work platform configurations we have custom-engineered for clients :
Achieve ideal access for working at heights on tasks ranging from painting to product assembly and installation. Our custom lifts offer maximum configurability and enhanced maneuverability.
A mast lift has a smaller footprint than a scissor or boom lift. It also offers greater safety than ladders or scaffolding. These lifts work well for paint booths, welding, maintenance, inventory access, and more.
Meet the individual needs of your modern manufacturing environment while maximizing floor space in your facility. These lifts also improve comfort and safety for workers.
Raise and position workers at particular heights for tasks like assembly or production. These custom access platforms reduce strain for workers and improve efficiency.
The four configurations listed are only examples of our expertise. We can also engineer custom options to meet your needs.
Based on your unique application and tasks, we can engineer completely custom access lifts. Potential customizations could include:

Lifts should be inspected at least once a year, and more often if they’re used heavily or in harsh environments. Key wear items should be checked during routine maintenance, and any parts showing damage or excessive wear should be replaced right away. We recommend following your facility’s safety practices along with the inspection and maintenance guidance outlined in ANSI A92.22 Sections 5.4 and 5.5 to keep your lift operating safely and reliably.
Installation instructions are located in the Operators Manual that comes with your lift system (located in the plastic holder in the operator platform). Lifts should only be installed by qualified personnel. If you have any questions with regard to the installation of your lifts, please contact LPI customer service or call 1-800-657-6956.
