The TK’s versatility and higher weight capacity make it ideal for various applications, including fabricating, assembling and maintaining all types of large-scale equipment. The 120-by-41in platform supports up to 1,000 pounds while moving smoothly up to a 7ft raised height. The 18in lowered position makes entry and exit fast and easy.

We also offer fully customized units to fit specific pit dimensions and workspace areas.

• Operator protection: The large work surface can safely handle multiple operators or equipment with 43.5in-high guard rails and a self-closing entry gate.
• Dual-axis movement: The TK can travel up to 40 fpm horizontally and 15 fpm vertically for safe and controlled positioning.
• Enhanced safety: Filter, regulator and lubricator components, pneumatic-hydraulic operation, and emergency stop controls boost safety in hazardous environments.

Installation and Safety Features

The TK installs on hard, flat, level surfaces and meets American National Standards Institute (ANSI) safety requirements. Floor-mounted guide rails and trolley systems streamline hose management.

Controls and System Configuration

The TK connects to standard shop air systems through a 1/2in NPT primary connection and a 3/8in NPT auxiliary unoiled air connection in the platform. Air supply requirements are 50 scfm @ 90 psi with 40°F dew point.

Other features include:

• Fixed hand controls: Operators control movement directly from the platform, with E-stop buttons for immediate shutdown.
