Today’s heavy machinery manufacturers face more pressure to increase productivity and efficiency without sacrificing quality or worker safety. Using ineffective tools and outdated equipment creates hazards, slows production and limits access to critical machine components. LPI Lift Systems solves these challenges with an extensive range of work platforms ideal for agricultural equipment manufacturing and assembly, from harvesters and tractors to sprayers and attachments.
Our personnel lifts work well for a wide range of applications, including:
Our access lifts change how workers access agricultural machinery during manufacturing, assembly and finishing. With work platforms that adjust to complex shapes and geometries, crews can quickly position themselves without unsafe reaching or stretching. Tool compartments, power outlets and air hose connections provide everything needed at your work area, reducing trips up and down that waste valuable production time.
We offer standard and fully customizable models, with the following representing common categories:
These lifts can travel vertically, horizontally, forward and backward to access all surface areas.
The crisscrossing support and wide base offer exceptional stability for multiple workers, tools and materials.
Uniform travel paths provide stable, reliable access to every part of the equipment during assembly, painting and inspection.
These units preserve valuable floor space in facilities where floor mounting is impractical or ineffective.

Lifts should be inspected at least once a year, and more often if they’re used heavily or in harsh environments. Key wear items should be checked during routine maintenance, and any parts showing damage or excessive wear should be replaced right away. We recommend following your facility’s safety practices along with the inspection and maintenance guidance outlined in ANSI A92.22 Sections 5.4 and 5.5 to keep your lift operating safely and reliably.
Installation instructions are located in the Operators Manual that comes with your lift system (located in the plastic holder in the operator platform). Lifts should only be installed by qualified personnel. If you have any questions with regard to the installation of your lifts, please contact LPI customer service or call 1-800-657-6956.
