Designed to provide vertical access for reaching parts that are hanging from racks on an overhead conveyor, the fixed position vertical mast lift provides a single operator with the ability to travel up and down to reach all elevations on the parts racks. The platform of the fixed position vertical man lift features an entry gate on one side of the platform allowing room on the other side for the powder paint control unit. Operator controls are located on front railing of platform. The remote power unit keeps the footprint of the fixed position vertical mast lift small for easy installation alongside the booth. Operator platforms can incorporate an optional roll-out platform section allowing the operator to move closer to the centerline of the conveyor. This fixed position vertical man lift design can be configured for and attached to other process equipment including machining centers and welding applications.
